From watching movies like The Secret, people may falsely assume the Law of Attraction is just a series of techniques you can use when you want to manifest something. You use the technique, you manifest what you want.

Though it is true that there are techniques you can use to manifest the life of your dreams, it’s important to remember that everything you do is manifesting. It’s not just about the things you do on purpose, it’s about the way you think, talk, and live your entire life.

When you realize this, it becomes much more apparent that using the Law of Attraction isn’t just about “techniques” or “tricks.” It’s a lifestyle – an empowered way of living your life.

It is my hope that these 7 simple hacks will help you easily and effectively manifest the dreams and goals that you have for yourself.

1. Start Your Day with Positivity

The morning, right when you are waking up, is a magical time for your mind. As you are waking up and putting yourself together for the day, your mind is making a big transition from the unconscious, abstract world of sleeping and dreaming to the more rational, concrete reality of day-to-day life. What you are thinking, feeling, and believing during this time has a profound rippling effect on your entire day.

Starting the day with a positive affirmation is one of the absolute best things you can do for yourself!

As soon as you wake up, declare positivity into the day! Bless it. Find something to be grateful for and focus on it. Instill your intention (for peace, positivity, abundance – whatever it may be) into your subconscious mind to instantly start finding reasons for the day to be fantastic!
The morning is also a great time to do spiritual practices like yoga or meditation, or to at least give yourself a little dose of something you love, whether it’s music, creative writing, that cup of coffee or tea, or some extra snuggle time with your cat.

2. Balancing the Scale

No matter who you are or what you do, you are always going to encounter a certain degree of negativity throughout your day as you interact with the world and feel it interacting with you.

Understand that you do not become a master of the Law of Attraction by avoiding negativity to the point that you are in denial. Yes, we always do what we can do to stay in a positive environment and think positive thoughts, but sometimes we must also jump into the mud and get some work done. No mud, no lotus.

Fortunately for us, positive thoughts, feelings, and beliefs are much, much stronger than negative ones. What this means is that you can help balance the scale of what you are manifesting throughout your day-to-day life by taking just a few minutes (ideally around 10) each day to intentionally think only positive thoughts.
By taking the time to do this every day, whether by writing it down on paper, or visualizing happy thoughts, events, and memories in your mind, you will rapidly begin to notice a turning of the scale in how many positive things and events find their way into your life. You attract what you emit, so be consciously aware of the type of thoughts you are emitting.

3. Give Yourself the Present Moment

Take a break from the constant stream of thoughts running through the mind (in yoga this is called “chitta vritti” – mind chatter, or the “monkey mind”) by bringing yourself back to the present moment. Being fully present drastically accelerates the progression of the manifestation process. In the present moment one can truly find peace, and deeply authentic joy. And it is this that will truly manifest the happiness, fulfillment and abundance that we crave at the depth of our being – and not the objects, money, events, or other external things that we tend to latch onto. True happiness is a STATE, not an external object, event, or circumstance.

To begin practicing presence, simply take 1-2 minute breaks several times throughout your day to just stop, breathe, let go of the mind for a second, and enjoy the richness of what is going on now. The more often you do this, the more you will grow accustomed to the acquired taste of “nowness,” and the more you will begin to realize how pleasurable your life really is.

4. The Magical Question

Before you lay down to go to sleep, there is one very simple and magical question that you can ask yourself that has the potential to refocus your mind, both at the conscious and subconscious level, on gratitude, blessings, and goodness.

By asking ourselves the right questions, we elicit responses in the deeper parts of our mind that make a HUGE difference in what we manifest in our day-to-day lives.

The question is this: What was the best thing that happened to me today?

The fact that it is a question is powerful in and of itself, because a question encourages the subconscious mind to answer it. By asking ourselves the right questions, we elicit responses in the deeper parts of our mind that make a HUGE difference in what we manifest in our day-to-day lives.

That’s it. I often times find that when I ask myself this question, my mind goes to situations and events that I may have completely forgotten about throughout the day. Little things that have meaning pop up out of the mental noise, and what was right and happy and good becomes the primary focus again.

5. Learn to Access the Slower Brainwave States

The secret of accessing slower brainwave states has been known and utilized by sages, mystics, and shamans across all time periods, disciplines, and parts of the world. I personally believe that this is the key ingredient in manifesting what you want into the world. This secret is “the secret behind the secret.”

The modern theory is that these slower brainwave states (alpha, theta, delta) enable the conscious mind to more clearly communicate with the subconscious mind. This means that when you are in these states, what you consciously think, visualize, and feel will more quickly and powerfully program the subconscious to manifest these things into being. The slower the brainwave state, the faster the mind has the ability to act upon the subconscious to create in the physical realm.

Positive questions greatly help you leverage your emotional state, and often times work much better than positive affirmations in the form of a statement. Questions open the door to possibility. When you are feeling terrible, just try asking yourself “what if?” questions that end on a positive note.

Here are some examples:

What if this all works out exactly how I want it to, or better?
What if the reason things are the way they are is because this is what needs to happen for me to achieve my goals?
What if this is all a misunderstanding and everything is actually completely ok?
What if I go home and forget all about this, and it solves itself?
What if that attractive person over there is fantasizing about me right now?
What if I come by that money I need in the most unexpected way?

7. Learn How to Breathe

“What?! But I’ve been breathing my whole life! I think I know how to do that…”

The breath is one of the strangest bodily functions because it can be completely operated by the conscious mind, or handed over to the unconscious mind and forgotten about. Learning to play with your breath consciously is a HUGE key to becoming more conscious of everything else in both your body and mind. The breathing patterns we unconsciously use from moment to moment, day to day, directly affect our physical health, our thoughts, and our emotions. These patterns also affect our subtle energy flow that can further affect every aspect of our physical, mental, and spiritual reality.

All of this can be “upgraded” and used to your advantage by learning yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) and practicing throughout the day. Even taking a moment each day to bring your attention to the breath and take full, deep belly breaths will create a powerful change in your life. If you don’t believe me, I challenge you to try it for yourself.

If you don’t know where to start with this, begin just by committing to taking 3 breaks each day to simply breathe deeply for a few minutes. You may be amazed at the results!

You know what the best thing about all of these tips is? They all take minimal effort, yet they yield a high return in results. Remember that you can pick any of these hacks to help get the Law of Attraction results you want in your life. But whichever practice you choose, it is important that you practice it consistently!

One last tip about all of this is that it takes approximately 20-30 days of daily practice for the brain to build a new neural pathway. Why not take these tips and turn them into habits, rather than things you do occasionally? Using the Law of Attraction is much more akin to the way water carves its way into rock. It’s the consistency or frequency of the practice, and the accumulation of this consistency that will get you what you want.

Visualize and Affirm Your Desired Outcomes: A Step-by-Step Guide.

Elite athletes use it. The super rich use it. And peak performers in all fields now use it. That power is called visualization.

The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those dreams, goals and ambitions.

Visualization of your goals and desires accomplishes four very important things.

1.) It activates your creative subconscious which will start generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.

2.) It programs your brain to more readily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your dreams.

3.) It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals.

4.) It builds your internal motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your dreams.

Visualization is really quite simple. You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine — in as vivid detail as you can — what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes at the ideal result.

Mental Rehearsal

Athletes call this visualization process “mental rehearsal,” and they have been using it since the 1960s when we learned about it from the Russians.

All you have to do is set aside a few minutes a day. The best times are when you first wake up, after meditation or prayer, and right before you go to bed. These are the times you are most relaxed.

Go through the following three steps:

STEP 1. Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and then the movie starts. It is a movie of you doing perfectly whatever it is that you want to do better. See as much detail as you can create, including your clothing, the expression on your face, small body movements, the environment and any other people that might be around. Add in any sounds you would be hearing — traffic, music, other people talking, cheering. And finally, recreate in your body any feelings you think you would be experiencing as you engage in this activity.

STEP 2. Get out of your chair, walk up to the screen, open a door in the screen and enter into the movie. Now experience the whole thing again from inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes. This is called an “embodied image” rather than a “distant image.” It will deepen the impact of the experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the sounds you would hear, and feel the feelings you would feel.

STEP 3. Finally, walk back out of the screen that is still showing the picture of you performing perfectly, return to your seat in the theater, reach out and grab the screen and shrink it down to the size of a cracker. Then, bring this miniature screen up to your mouth, chew it up and swallow it. Imagine that each tiny piece — just like a hologram — contains the full picture of you performing well. Imagine all these little screens traveling down into your stomach and out through the bloodstream into every cell of your body. Then imagine that every cell of your body is lit up with a movie of you performing perfectly. It’s like one of those appliance store windows where 50 televisions are all tuned to the same channel.

When you have finished this process — it should take less than five minutes — you can open your eyes and go about your business. If you make this part of your daily routine, you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see in your life.

Create Goal Pictures

Another powerful technique is to create a photograph or picture of yourself with your goal, as if it were already completed. If one of your goals is to own a new car, take your camera down to your local auto dealer and have a picture taken of yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car. If your goal is to visit Paris, find a picture or poster of the Eiffel Tower and cut out a picture of yourself and place it into the picture.

Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation for Each Goal

We recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect of your dream life. Create a picture or a visual representation for every goal you have — financial, career, recreation, new skills and abilities, things you want to purchase, and so on.

When we were writing the very first Chicken Soup for the Soul® book, we took a copy of the New York Times best seller list, scanned it into our computer, and using the same font as the newspaper, typed Chicken Soup for the Soul into the number one position in the “Paperback Advice, How-To and Miscellaneous” category. We printed several copies and hung them up around the office. Less than two years later, our book was the number one book in that category and stayed there for over a year!

Index Cards

We practice a similar discipline every day. We each have a list of about 30-40 goals we are currently working on. We write each goal on a 3×5 index card and keep those cards near our bed and take them with us when we travel. Each morning and each night we go through the stack of cards, one at a time, read the card, close our eyes, see the completion of that goal in its perfect desired state for about 15 seconds, open our eyes and repeat the process with the next card.

Use Affirmations to Support Your Visualization

An affirmation is a statement that evokes not only a picture, but the experience of already having what you want. Here’s an example of an affirmation:

I am happily vacationing 2 months out of the year in a tropical paradise, and working just four days a week owning my own business.

Repeating an affirmation several times a day keeps you focused on your goal, strengthens your motivation, and programs your subconscious by sending an order to your crew to do whatever it takes to make that goal happen.

Through writing down your goals, using the power of visualization and repeating your affirmations, you can achieve amazing results.

Visualization and affirmations allow you to change your beliefs, assumptions, and opinions about the most important person in your life — YOU! They allow you to harness the 18 billion brain cells in your brain and get them all working in a singular and purposeful direction.

Your subconscious will become engaged in a process that transforms you forever. The process is invisible and doesn’t take a long time. It just happens over time, as long as you put in the time to visualize and affirm, surround yourself with positive people, read uplifting books and listen to audio programs that flood your mind with positive, life-affirming messages.

Using The Law of Attraction for Manifestation.

The Universal Law of Attraction is a tool for manifesting. It is based on the idea that whatever we give a lot of attention to will become part of our lives. In doing so, you are co-creating with the Universe. What you focus on becomes your reality so it is very important to pay attention to your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Like attracts like. It is truly that simple.

Listen to the words that you speak and know that word modification may be necessary to avoid confusion and to be clear about your intentions. Becoming aware of the words you are using takes time and lots of practice. Listening to other individuals is much easier. I suggest that you really listen when others are speaking and pay attention to their word choices. It will assist you in becoming more aware of your own vocabulary.

In order to use the Law of Attraction effectively and efficiently, it is imperative that you clearly identify what you want, focus your thoughts on what you have identified, and then allow it to manifest. In other words, do not block the manifestation from occurring by infusing it with doubt, worry, and fear. Also, take into consideration that you will attract what you desire if it is for your Highest and Best good. Release the need to control the details of the manifestation process such as the how, the when, the why, the what, and the where of it. Believe it, live it, and you will manifest it if you are intended to.

What I have come to realize is that life is truly all about making choices and then choosing to take action. When we align our thoughts, words, and actions with our beliefs and come from a place of love, AMAZING things happen. We attract those people into our life who are a reflection of us. Assessing relationships and choosing to allow some relationships to run their course, so to speak, is necessary in becoming a better you. What do you do when law of attraction manifestation fails?

We all have been learning that law of attraction can help you manifest your dreams and desires successfully but what if you fail.

Law of attraction is a universal law.it always works. While setting up the manifestation process, practitioners are advised to set a time by which they would accomplish manifestation successfully.

Say for instance, buying a car by October 15, becoming financially for the by the end of this year, losing weight in 90 days and so on.

Good idea and that’s really great to begin manifestation.in fact I use them. And they really were great for me. But I do something differently. I want to share that with you.

Before I share, but we also share the story with you to help you understand better. A guru caused his disciples to chase ducks and catch hold of them. He made up saying that it would take nine minutes for any of his students to usually catch a duck. Couple of students started chasing to ducks each.one managed to catch the duck around the nine minute mark and the other failed.

The disciple who failed approached the guru with disappointment. He expressed that he offered his best effort to catch the dark in under nine minutes. However, he failed. And so he questioned the guru was the nine minute mark really valid in the first place?

To which the guru answered, if I had told you 12 minutes was the time to usually catch a duck, anyone of you would have believed that and succeeded to but around 12 minutes instead of nine minutes. However, few fail. And that’s okay.

But if you notice closely, said the guru to the disappointed disciple, you worked as if you knew you would succeed in under nine minutes. The nine minute or the 12 minute mark is just a frame of time. This motivates you to chase the goal and succeed within that mark. With all our conscious belief, we would even work hard and give efforts as if they would then within that timeframe.

The guru added saying, few succeed and few fail. And most of the people who fail, they also give up. Now that’s not how the universe works.

Your manifestation time must not be confused with your frame of time that you begin with. We usually do not know or manifestation time. This is the actual time when you’re goals are brought into reality. However we all begin with a set frame of time. Now this set frame of time actually motivates us to work hard with a sense of belief that we are going to achieve within this timeframe. Now it’s good if you succeed. But if you fail, what should you do?

It only means that your manifestation time is greater than your timeframe. However, having worked so hard with that kind of belief even within your timeframe was actually putting you closer to the real manifestation time. You did not lose by not achieving your goals within the timeframe. Rather, you actually came much closer to your manifestation time.

Perhaps we really not so in putative to clearly decide are manifestation time as our timeframe. Most people cannot really do that. But we all begin with a time frame. This is a guiding light for us. And we must follow the path of this guiding light with deep gratitude and great sense of belief. We must understand that though we may not see the reality of manifestation yet, the must still march forward with faith in our hearts. Such faith brings you closer to manifestation.

So people who fail in achieving their goals within the set time frame, they do not give up. Because they do not give up, keep up with their efforts and continue to march forward.

However, few practitioners would begin to complain. By this point of time. Saying, that law of attraction is not working, manifestation did not happen by the deadline, law of attraction used to work before it is not working for me now. So here’s what I got to say. Law of attraction works. And in fact it is exactly working all the time.

Your set timeframe has actually helped you to put efforts in a lot better manner. Had you not said that timeframe and still work towards your goals, you would not have really put in that kind of efforts.so the set timeframe is actually intended to bring out the best out of you and bring you closer to manifestation.it is good if you’re lucky and managed to manifest under the time. However if you do not, if you fail in manifesting under the time, but still has managed to give your best efforts up until then-only means you closer to your manifestation than ever before, it does not mean you failed.

so the guru further explained, that it is not about nine minute mark or 12 minute mark.it is about whether you belief that you could achieve within the nine minute mark or the 12 minute mark or even the three minute mark and work towards your goals like that. Because your belief in the timeframe can really create wonders. Because, there is magic in power of believing.

And it’s okay to fail, but it’s not okay to give up. Because manifestation is just around the corner.

So such are the secrets, tiny and big, that the manifestation Masters have known.

Rectifying the Law of Attraction. – Thousand Thoughts

 

Those who read The Bible must have read that it says, “Ask and You will receive”, the Law of Attraction also talks about the similar thing. You must have read THE SECRET, It also had dedicated some 200 number of pages on the same thing. But still it didn’t disclose that how you can actually receive what you ask for.

People do get what they ask for but still they are not satisfied or you can often find them complaining, talking about how unfair the universe is to them. Why do they still complain, why they are not satisfied even after they had received what they asked for?

The problem lies in the way they ask, for example; “Hey Lord! I want money, make me rich.” and the Creator listens to my wish and gives me a “Penny” and says “Here’s money for you my child, take it.”  Got the point?   You need to ask exactly what you want, If you want more, ask specifically, that this much money you want. If you want health, ask how much. You need to be very specific

Anthony Robbins once said in one of his seminars that Clarity is power, more specific you are, more powerful you are. And I believe this is the ultimate truth.

I want you to think of it once, remember what you have asked for and the way you asked for the same. You will find the reason why you still are not satisfied with it.
